All classes and personal training sessions are focused around strength training, but depending on your preferences, we offer two different options.

Our HIIT Classes have up to 10 people per class, so this is for people who enjoy a larger group setting. These classes offer a variety of timed exercises that are a combination of cardio and strength training.

Our Small Group Strength Training Classes have up to 4 people per class, so a great option for people who like a more intimate group setting. These classes can be more catered to each members’ goals, but are mostly focused on progressive strength training.

All classes are catered to beginners, experienced lifters, and everyone in between. Guided by our certified trainers, the classes vary in difficulty depending on the amount of reps and weight used.

Classes are held from 6AM  – 10AM and 4PM – 7PM most days. You can visit wiscobarbell.club/schedule for the full timetable.

No need to check in at the front desk for any classes or open gym sessions. During class times, the front door will automatically unlock and  you can head straight to our locker room area to get ready. Alternatively, you can use your fob access pass to gain access to the gym 24/7.

There are many ways to get on demand help or you can schedule time to meet with a staff member. Go to to wiscobarbell.club/support for all the options.

All members receive 24/7 gym access via a phone app called “Brivo Mobile Pass” or by renting a physical fob for $20. Instructions on how to download and set up the mobile pass are sent automatically after purchasing a membership.

There are no extra fees! We only charge the membership fee that’s auto-renews monthly until the member decide to cancel. All members may cancel anytime without any financial penalty at least 3 days before their next billing cycle.

We ask all members contact us at least 3 days before their next billing cycle in order to cancel their autopayment cycle. Please note, if a member decides to auto-renew at a later date, the same membership fee will not be honored.

Alternatively, you may pause your membership for 2 months to keep the same monthly rate.

We do not currently offer child care. Any child under 13 must be supervised at all times, but are welcome to hang out in our lounge during any training sessions.
